Refund Policy

We build spearguns to be used hard, but we do not accept used gear back as if it were new. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@spitfirespearguns.com. Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns on standard, non-custom products only if they are unused, unrigged, unmodified, and returned in original condition. To request a return, email contact@spitfirespearguns.com before sending anything back.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used spearguns
  • Rigged or modified spearguns
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery
  • Custom builds, special orders, and any made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@spitfirespearguns.com with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging. If the issue is on us, we will make it right with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a return is approved, the product must be received and inspected before a refund is sent, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Once processed, it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, shipping damage, or a defective item.

Inventory Restocking

Returned items will only be restocked if they are received in resellable condition.
