Shipping Policy

We ship handbuilt spearguns and accessories from Richmond, Virginia. Because our products are oversized and require careful packaging, shipping timelines and costs can vary based on the item, destination, and carrier availability.

Processing Times

In-stock products typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If your order includes a custom build, special-order item, or any product with an extended lead time, we will communicate that separately.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, package size, and carrier rates when available. Because spearguns are long and oversized products, shipping costs may be higher than standard ecommerce items.

Any free shipping offer applies only when clearly stated at checkout or on the website. Free shipping thresholds, if offered, may change at any time.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier's actual performance.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@spitfirespearguns.com as soon as possible. If the shipment arrives damaged, include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can help file a claim and resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if shipping is unavailable, excessively expensive, restricted by carrier limitations, or legally prohibited for the destination.
